1. Information We Collect

The App collects the following information to provide its services:

• Store information: Store domain, location settings
• Order data: Order line items (variant ID and quantity only) for calculating sales velocity
• Product data: Product titles, variant titles, SKUs, and inventory levels
• Inventory data: Current stock quantities per location

The App does not collect customer personal information such as names, emails, addresses, or payment details. Only variant IDs and quantities from orders are processed.

2. How We Use Information

The collected information is used solely for the following purposes:

• Calculating sales velocity and days of stock remaining
• Identifying out-of-stock, low stock, and dead stock products
• Generating inventory health dashboards and digest emails
• Managing app settings and subscription billing

3. Data Storage

Daily sales aggregations (variant ID, date, quantity sold) are stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon. Sales data older than 30 days is automatically deleted. No raw order data, customer information, or payment details are stored. Session data for app authentication is stored in the same database.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer any merchant or customer data to third parties.

Digest emails are sent via Resend (email delivery service). Only the merchant's configured email address is shared with Resend for delivery purposes.

5. Data Deletion

When the App is uninstalled, session data is immediately deleted. All remaining store data (sales aggregations, settings) is permanently deleted within 48 hours via Shopify's shop/redact webhook. To request immediate data deletion, please contact us at the email below.

6. Security

We take the following measures to protect your data:

• All communications are encrypted via TLS/SSL
• Authentication tokens are securely stored
• Database access is restricted and encrypted at rest
• The App follows Shopify's security best practices
• API endpoints use timing-safe authentication
