1. Information We Collect

The App collects the following information to provide its services:

• Store information: Store domain, Shopify plan, currency
• Order data: Order totals, line item revenue, shipping costs, discounts, and refunds
• Product data: Product and variant titles, cost per item (inventory cost)

The App does not collect customer personal information such as names, emails, addresses, or payment details.

2. How We Use Information

The collected information is used solely for the following purposes:

• Calculating profit, revenue, and cost metrics per order and product
• Displaying profit dashboards and trend analytics
• Detecting Shopify plan changes to update payment fee rates
• Managing app subscription and billing

3. Data Storage

Order and product aggregations are stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon. Only aggregated financial data is stored — no raw order payloads or customer information is retained. Session data for app authentication is stored in the same database.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer any merchant or customer data to third parties.

5. Data Deletion

When the App is uninstalled, session data is immediately deleted. All remaining store data (order aggregations, settings) is permanently deleted within 48 hours via Shopify's shop/redact webhook. To request immediate data deletion, please contact us at the email below.

6. Security

We take the following measures to protect your data:

• All communications are encrypted via TLS/SSL
• Authentication tokens are securely stored
• Database access is restricted and encrypted at rest
• The App follows Shopify's security best practices
